The Consumer Digital Index is the UK’s largest study of digital and financial capability across the UK. First launched in 2015, the brochure and all accompanying collateral such as key statistic visualisations are created for the yearly event which presents the findings to a wide audience of industry and academia.
Highly detailed raw data brought the unique challenge of creating digestible and beautiful visualisation from the complexity, whilst remaining true to the Lloyds Bank brand as it evolved over time. Originally printed, this data-rich report became digital-only during Covid and has been ever since.
